Every year around 31st December, I usually start thinking about my new year goals and what I’d like to achieve and celebrate at that same point a whole twelve months on. However, this year is a little different, as my new year’s goals are something I’ve been thinking about and setting up for a while. So here goes…
Become a qualified Personal Trainer – I’m lucky enough to be working with TRAIN FITNESS, who has over twenty years experience in delivering personal training courses. I’m starting off with the Level 2 Gym Instructor certificate in January, then moving on the Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate a few months after.
Teach Group Fitness Classes – My end goal is to teach fitness classes and encourage participants to love fitness as much as I do, by teaching tough but rewarding classes! I’ve already set my sights on a few London-based studios, whose academies I’d love to get enrolled in once I’ve qualified.
Health and Happiness – I’ve grouped these together, as I think they are closely linked. I want to ensure I’m happy and enjoying what I’m doing every step of the way in 2019, which may require regular check-ins and reflective time. I also want to ensure I’m putting the right foods into my body, working out regularly and finding time to switch off and recharge my batteries without burning out.
I’d say these are all pretty realistic goals, but with all things, we want out of life, we need to believe and use the power of the cosmos to bring you whatever you want!
And on that note, I wish you all the most successful 2020! Filled with love, laughter, adventure and health.
